92Y's Bronfman Center for Jewish Life is looking for a Program Manager, Communications.

Reporting to the Director of Administration, the Program Manager, Communications will be responsible for developing social media and marketing campaigns to promote Bronfman Center programming and to engage with patrons across a range of platforms. The Program Manager will also develop ideas for inter-departmental collaboration to continue to grow the reach and influence of the Bronfman Center. The manager will conceptualize and implement special initiatives and programs to continue to engage new and existing audiences within the Jewish community, both locally and globally.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Oversee the coordination of Bronfman Center programs and special initiatives, including traditional events and digital campaigns, designed to engage new and existing audiences.
Collaborate with 92Y’s social media and digital content teams to develop and promote social media initiatives and digital programs, including overseeing our Facebook page and producing annual videos.
Working with Bronfman Center program directors and marketing partners, oversee the communication strategy for the Bronfman Center, ensuring that all appropriate platforms are used to effectively brand and promote Bronfman Center programming.
Work on outreach to potential talent, communities, and organizations on possible programs and partnerships
Work with marketing and creative teams to produce dedicated website of Bronfman classes and events, providing program details and proofing web content. Submit event broadcasts for all events.
Work with marketing and creative teams to assist in the creation and production of marketing collateral across print, web and social media, including monthly e-blasts, website updates, lobby signage and other communications.
Partner with colleagues across 92Y to identify and develop opportunities for inter-departmental collaborations.
Collaborate with the program manager of events to complete all room requests, room set ups, and supply ordering for special events, ensuring all logistics are completed in a timely manner.
In collaboration with Bronfman Center staff, physically run Bronfman Center events on the day of their execution as assigned including ATiD, Dinners, High Holiday services, 92Y Street Festival and global initiatives.
Communicate with patrons for program inquiries.
Coordinate, manage and oversee study groups as required.
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND SKILLS DESIRED:
Bachelor’s Degree required with a preference in education or organizational management.
At least 2 years of professional Jewish organizational experience with proven leadership experience in defining and scheduling classes and activities as well and staff management.
Knowledge of Judaism and Jewish education preferred.
Prior experience in planning, development and execution of programs, events, and classes.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and organize, prioritize and execute responsibilities in the face of conflicting priorities or unexpected situations.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, data base systems, Photoshop, and social media tools.
Professionalism and maturity, a proactive attitude, and a strong work ethic are expectations for this position.
WORK SCHEDULE & REQUIREMENTS:
40 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday 9:30am to 6:30pm (with an unpaid 1 hour break).
Flexibility to work some evening and weekend hours as required by program schedule.
